Ecorayy Power Tech is a DPIIT-recognised startup and a Udyam-registered micro enterprise.
Under the General Financial Rules, central government procurement provides relaxations for DPIIT-recognised startups on Earnest Money Deposit (Rule 170) and on prior experience and prior turnover requirements (Rule 173), and similar provisions apply on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM). The Public Procurement Policy for Micro and Small Enterprises has its own provisions for Udyam-registered enterprises.
State procurement rules, including Uttar Pradesh’s, may differ. Whether any relaxation applies is decided by the terms of each tender.
